When the Board considers a petition to be short in the number of collected signatures, it traditionally used a weight test. For Theresa Sebastian, Republican candidate for State Assembly in the 25th District, the Board counted “332 Signatures filed. 411 Signatures Required” becoming the Objector-in-fact.
