Never mind that there is a $250,000 income limit for home, co-op and condo owners, how much do you think the paperwork and man-hours processing the rebate will cost?
Can someone do an analysis of total rebate paid to total number of owners subtracted by cost to implement this City Council budget deal? Why do it?
