It’s one way northbound between Linden Boulevard and 149 Avenue, but two-way one block down between 149 Avenue and 151 Avenue. The rational is that the street is narrower where Walgreens is.

The undeveloped lots of land south of Walgreens are located within R4 Residential Zoning.
Drivers from Linden Center mall would intentionally speed south against the traffic to the two-lane section. Even a speed bump placed between 149 and 151 Avenue is not effective since the speed offenders met their objective once crossed past 149 Avenue.
Checking City’s tax lot map, this stretch of the road should have equal width.
