Devereux Student Strengths Assessment (DESSA) measures cognitive and interpersonal competencies. In July 2021, the city awarded a three-year, $18 million contract to Aperture Education to do social and emotional assessment of city students K-12. It failed.

To qualify for Oscar’s Best Picture category, 2 diversity standards are required
