At 92 Avenue next to the LIRR Jamaica Yard, cars are dumped here regularly. City does remove them only to be replaced by more vehicles dumped. Sometimes, police have issued violation tickets to cars of law-abiding residents.
Because a night club is one block away, KISS at 130-35 91 Avenue, patrons would block residents’ driveway at night. Sometimes fights would break out in front of houses where those patrons parked illegally.
