Councilwoman Julie Menin’s Int 0116-2022 was passed unanimously by the City Council on September 29. The portal is suppose to be up by November 2023.
Instead of adding another layer of bureaucracy before the rules are made clearer, the right way is let the people who run the bureaucracy simplify it themselves first.
