In the last 24 hours, .74″ of rain fell in our area according to Weather Underground. Yet, puddles lower than the sewage drain and potholes are filled with rain water. These pictures are spots between 107 and 109 Avenues taken on October 5th, yet you can find similar problem in many spots throughout South Richmond Hill.
I would ask which contractor(s) did the work, when the work was done, and how would future work take into consideration pitch and packing of the asphalt. Photo credit: Kavita.
