NYC DoT ordered several homeowners to remove fence that has been there for decades on city property with no intention of ever using it. Homeowners have spent money and time to keep the area clean and safe. (Trees in the picture are on City property. Fence was on grass next to paved road.)
Update. A homeowner who took his fence down had his A/C in the yard stolen.
I am asking DoT or an appropriate agency to authorize it.
