In the meantime, the 20 some families that still live here have to bear with difficulties walking to their car after a rain, dumping of trash not picked up and abandoned vehicles, parking of trucks and buses that blocked their driveway and disturbed their sleep, and avoiding adverse possession people who fenced off streets and used it as their private property.
