ALL FOOD WASTE AND FOOD-SOILED PAPER of any kind, everything from fruit and vegetable scraps to bones and shells to moldy cheese to simple leftovers, napkins, paper towels, or uncoated plates. Exclusions of certain food items that have existed in earlier composting programs no longer apply.
