The City has a tree pruning program. This tree at 79 Street near Linden Boulevard is not mapped for pruning even though the owner has made numerous 311 reports.
For sidewalk lifted by trees, contact Department of Parks & Recreation. I propose that for minor pruning of branches that hang over private property or parked cars, owner should be able to prune without applying for a work permit.
