First Deputy Mayor Lorraine Grillo said, “they (sic) can use to pay their (sic) mortgage, pay their (sic) utility bills, or plan for their (sic) future.”
How many checks were issued? How many applied, but are waiting or were denied? How about just lower the property tax? Would that not be easier and more fair?
