Traffic volume is high during rush hour. Adding a second traffic light and making feeder roads one-way help, but those improvements beget other problems.
One resident said, “pedestrians don’t have a chance (crossing 69 Street safely)”.
These blocks should be studied as a group, not fixing it at spots. Tools would include realtime accident reporting and recording, appropriate street striping, etc.
