The view at 84th Street above LIE 495 is beautiful, but the location has its problems. (1) Power lines are above ground, thus the area tends to experience power outage during windy and stormy days. (2) Parking is limited; but certain households tend to have cars that don’t move. (3) The northbound street has a “No Not Enter” sign at 56 Avenue, but that does not stop cars from rushing downhill.
