US Senator Kirsten Gillibrand calls the new congressional maps ‘fraudulent’. She said that the new lines cut (black) communities in half disadvantaging marginalized people and undermining voting rights protection.
Really? Let’s prepare to follow up in November. Who are their representative now? Will those representatives be re-elected? Even if some of them are not black, the result would deem the maps ‘fraudulent’?
