Crime continues in NYC: Voters voted for it when they re-elected the same law makers!!!

I feel sad when voters tell me everything is OK. Chelsea shooting. The solution should be ZERO crime. Take away incentives to profit from criminal activities. Democrat policies and legislations promote them.
