Because this section of 74 Avenue is near Woodhaven Boulevard, theft is common, noise is loud, parking is a concern, homeless walks about. City sewer backed up flooding basements and cars parked in the backyard. Residents said the City had not cleared the sewers properly, and the 4″ pipe should be upsized to 6″. Another annoyance expressed by residents in this area is dog poop not picked up.
