President of the Forest Hills Chamber of Commerce, Leslie Brown, believes it would interrupt and hurt businesses and their customers.

If it’s complicated, why legalized it? Do you think those 1,500 or so stores selling cannabis unlicensed, unregulated, crime-targets pay taxes, irregardless of whatever rules imposed by Albany? Unlike cigarettes and alcohol, why is there no “card” enforcement for those selling to people under the age of 21?
