Because this section of 74 Avenue is near Woodhaven Boulevard, theft is common, noise is loud, parking is a concern, homeless walks about. Building has not been maintained for years. Community Board has been informed, health violations has been issued, some work by the city was done. Where can one access such public record? Zombie home has attracted squatters and scrupulous people.
Right after a major clean up of graffiti, couches, etc., another set of appliance was dumped here. Residents are not comfortable walking by at night. Loud music late night and cars donutting at Home Depot are other concerns at this area.
