The sidewalk has been raised by more than 4 inches and the street curb was knocked out during the last street milling. Homeowner is concerned about liability since they are not allowed to cut branches off the tree.
Two black cars parked for months on 103 Avenue. I recommend towing dispatch be centralized and specialized. Tow trucks would be near schools, subways, alternate side cleaning streets responding to blocked driveways, illegally parked spots such as bus lanes and fire hydrants, emergencies situations… ready to act.
