118 St near Liberty Ave: drugs, crime, parking, noisy cars, no street cleaning

Drug dealers and users have been observed. Neighbors have been robbed. Since A train ends here at Lefferts Blvd, commuters would park and ride. Along Liberty Avenue and elsewhere nearby, a parade of booming cars drive by. One resident has noted that the City does not clean the streets in South Richmond Hill.

103 Avenue: Parking

Two black cars parked for months on 103 Avenue. I recommend towing dispatch be centralized and specialized. Tow trucks would be near schools, subways, alternate side cleaning streets responding to blocked driveways, illegally parked spots such as bus lanes and fire hydrants, emergencies situations… ready to act.

80 Street between Park Lane South and Jamaica Ave

NationalGrid started to replace gas pipe lines at the beginning of 2022, and is still unfinished. Neighbors complained about trash, parking (most homes have no driveway), on and off repairs, homeless by Chase Bank, aging Post Office building, stolen packages, uneven temporary asphalt sidewalks (difficult for seniors), tilting tree guards…
