The Supreme Court (9-0) allows New Jersey to withdraw from the compact. New York should closed down the outdated Commission.

That is the New York 1 headline. Sounds good? Actual SFY 2023 at $111.7 billion was $9.5 billion less than SFY 2022 $121.2 billion. Personal income tax dropped $12.2 billion. Sales and Use tax; business tax; and other taxes were up $1 billion; $900 million; and $600 million, respectively.
