National Grid replaced gas piping in 2018. Sidewalk started to sink. Cement has cracked, and the sidewalk is uneven. The octogenarian resident is afraid to come out fearing trip and fall. National Grid would not take responsibility.

The backyard of houses facing 112 Street has no access, while those facing 111 Street have driveway access. Alley is mostly unpaved except for about 100′ in from the north side. Dumping, mosquito, cats, raccoons are regular. Why would the City not get involved?

Bus lanes on Cross Bay and Woodhaven Boulevards have taken way parking spots and reduced traffic capacity. To avoid congestion, drivers would use 93 Street northbound to get to Rockaway Boulevard or Atlantic Avenue.
Homeowner wants to have space to use its driveway. The City allows moving of fire hydrants at homeowner’s expense, but the hydrant is not active. I will check with Con Edison as to its policy as well as its plan moving overhead wiring underground for Ozone Park.
