Work to enlarge existing 2-story home back in 2013 was withdrawn on June 11, 2014. Since then, the property has been a dumping ground and an eyesore.

Catalytic converter chop shop
Residents have observed that stolen cars would have their catalytic converter removed at the back of Aubrey Avenue and Metropolitan Avenue. Some of those cars would then be parked along St. John Cemetery taking up parking space for residents.

Even-numbered south side has problem, but not the odd-numbered north side. Hurricane Ida was bad for those living on the south side, but those across the street.
