A traffic light was installed at Park Lane South and 115th Street. In the mornings, long line of cars back up on 115 Street and 84 Avenue waiting for the light to change. While waiting, residents exiting their driveway are blocked in.
To allow more room for traffic, DoT could (1) lengthen the green light timer; (2) restrict parking on the south side of 84 Avenue; (3) add a speed bump at the bottom near Bessemer Street; or (4) make 84 Avenue one-way again as proposed by the residents.
