Parking space availability is tight along Jamaica Avenue especially if near a subway stop. Commuters, shoppers and neighbors would park illegally by hydrant, double-parking or blocking driveways frustrating residents.
Cars would also speed down from Hillside Avenue to Jamaica Avenue.
