Now that students are back in school, so are many of their annoying social behaviors. At the dead end pictured with the School in the background, a crowd of at least a dozen congregate there during and after school.
Never mind the fact that no license has been issued to sell marijuana (access to buy was never a problem even before legalization), police now has one less tool to keep these loud teenagers out of the area and back in school.
