Work was done to repair staircase in 2017. STOP ORDER was issued 9/17/2017 for work without a permit. Violation was resolved 11/1/2017. Permit was filed and approved 3/22/2018. Yet 5 years later, STOP ORDER is still open.
DoB is criminally responsible for continuing the hazard on this property, and should be responsible for the cost of owner’s repair!
