A voter said she always votes, but nothing ever change. Politicians only show up when there is an election. They have their representative talk to constituents. Letters and phone calls go unanswered.

  • Trees that dangle dangerously or have intruded basement.
  • Potholes that get worse or slow to repair.
  • Streets that have not been milled for decades if ever.
  • Traffic patterns that have a high rate of car accidents.
  • Trash dumping that lingers for months if not years.
  • Noise that police could not do much about.
  • Homes that are squatted or abandoned.
  • Drug use and selling.
  • Stolen packages.

What’s reported will be mapped.  Residents and neighbors can see where the problems are, and whether they have shared the same concern as you.

What’s not reported, you can add.  Even if it were reported, you can add your perspective, picture or video. Think Citizen App.

You can view reports, status and history.  Using trees as an example, you can see what kind of tree you have, when and what kind of tree problems were reported, when and what NYC Parks have done.

The City already has thousands of maps online.  Here are some that I have linked. Let’s make them work for us and make a change!
