Quality of work by DoT and Parks & Recreation is subpar. Where sewer drain is right before Woodhaven Boulevard, the road dips scratching car bottoms and road. Even a ConEd manhole was asphalted over.
Entire rows of healthy trees planted two years ago were uprooted and replanted. Now that some replaced ones have died… Do nearby homeowners and the community have a say?
