Neighbors are afraid of people loitering at this corner in early morning before sunrise.
Most of the residents are seniors. Speeding and noise are their concerns in a normally quiet neighborhood. Crime is also creeping in. Speed camera or speed bumps are requested.

Residents have observed that stolen cars would have their catalytic converter removed at the back of Aubrey Avenue and Metropolitan Avenue. Some of those cars would then be parked along St. John Cemetery taking up parking space for residents.

Cars southbound are not allowed to make a left turn into Home Depot where the traffic light is. Occassionally, northbound cars and trucks would make a left turn there to 73 Avenue going against the traffic for at about 50 feet before making the turn, shocking unsuspecting pedestrians.
Because this section of 74 Avenue is near Woodhaven Boulevard, theft is common, noise is loud, parking is a concern, homeless walks about.
