Tree replacement and helicopter noise
A tree at 132-07 81 Street was cut two years ago, and the resident is asking the City for a replacement. She is also concerned about the flight path of helicopters over her home around 5 am daily.

133 Ave and 83 St: Speeding and Student Drivers
Tudor Mall stretch of 133 Avenue tends to be popular for car racing at night. Driving schools seem to favor this area for their student-drivers. A resident has had her car hit several times by them. Other concerns including parking and package thefts.
North Conduit and 84 St: All Way Stop instead
Currently cars turning off North Conduit could continue up 84 Street non-stop. Cars on Dumont may not cross 84 Street fast enough. Accidents have occurred regularly.
Dumont Ave and 84 St: Lighting and Noise
This section of Tudor Village is dark at night. A resident has observed that people would do number 2 at the park. Also new neighbors would play loud music all night.
133 Ave and 84 St: Speed camera facing the wrong way
The camera faces south to catch speeding cars turning off westbound North Conduit Avenue. A resident observes that most of the cars speeding heads southbound on 84 Street to get on North Conduit.
116 St and 85 Ave in Kew Gardens
Roots of trees are lifting sidewalk. Homeowners are concerned about liability. The City must allow homeowners to take action without penalizing them. Vibrating music that sets off car alarms and modified pipes sounding like gunshots can be health hazard for residents.
People who do not sleep well or who have certain conditions could have their health damaged by these outbursts. Installation and modification should be restricted and fined. Late night noise and party should always be done in consideration of neighbors.
