People who do not sleep well or who have certain conditions could have their health damaged by these outbursts. Installation and modification should be restricted and fined. Late night noise and party should always be done in consideration of neighbors.

Roots from overgrown tree lifted basement cement.

When a sewer line connecting 124-11 111 Avenue from house to the main, the pipe was diverted to avoid the tree roots. Now the roots have cracked basement flooring. What can the homeowner do?

LimoSys: Not all driver apps are created equal

Unlike Uber of Lyft, cash is collected via dispatcher or driver not through the app. If robbed, LimoSys drivers will have a greater loss. Benefits and services are also unequal compared to other drivers. A systematic overall review should be done.

Residents of the 85-15 101 Ave Homeless Shelter

Every since the shelter opened, neighbors have observed residents of the shelter going through yards and garages, opening car doors day and night, defecating at the Ruoff Triangle park… “Since they have time on their hands, why don’t they do some community service (such as street cleaning),” said a voter who had her car stolen.

Heriberto Quintana became the ninth victim to die in the subway system due to senseless fighting. Nearby on October 1, Choephel Norbu gasolined a restaurant due to a botched chicken biryani order. Where are elected officials silent? Do something! Repeal bail reform! Wrong is wrong.

102 Road by Bayside Cemetery

Where 102 Road merges with Liberty Avenue, there are a lot of trees covering cable wires. The area is dark. There is no street lamp; rain water puddles regularly; packages are stolen often, and mugging has occurred.

This stretch between Woodhaven Boulevard and 86 Street has many car repair shops and a cement mixing company. Residents are concerned that there is no closed ventilation system at those locations.

This section is only two and a half block long between 102 and 107 Streets. It cannot accommodate two-way traffic safely when Mr. Softee is passing through. Neighbors are petitioning for the change.

Dead tree in front of 104-47 91 Avenue

The tree died when COVID started in 2020. Several 311 requests were made to have it cut down. NYC Parks has a tree map. 311 reports, and action history should be linked to tree.
