When a sewer line connecting 124-11 111 Avenue from house to the main, the pipe was diverted to avoid the tree roots. Now the roots have cracked basement flooring. What can the homeowner do?

The family at 87-20 does not care riding motorcycle late at night disturbing sleeping neighbors. Even Google map has the entire house blurred out!
Residents without a driveway are angry that the car repair businesses are using street parking as their garage. Also a rat problem was observed when a strip of stores opened from Dollar Tree to a laundromat back in 2021.
The NYC Parks has a database of street trees. Parks Department should also code condition of those trees proactively.
