What is Social Adult Day Services (SADS)? Fraud has been reported even by New York Times as early as 2013. Yet it continues.

Why such news did not get much attention? Report was issued during Biden’s administration. A GAO analysis found that between $233 billion and $521 billion was lost annually due to fraud during fiscal years 2018 through 2022. (GAO report released April 16, 2024.) Trump’s No federal Tax on Tips ($25,000) and Overtime ($12,500) is only for 3 years from 2025 through 2028. New York State and New York City are not doing it for state and local taxes.
