NationalGrid started to replace gas pipe lines at the beginning of 2022, and is still unfinished. Neighbors complained about trash, parking (most homes have no driveway), on and off repairs, homeless by Chase Bank, aging Post Office building, stolen packages, uneven temporary asphalt sidewalks (difficult for seniors), tilting tree guards…
80 Street slopes downward from Park Lane South to Jamaica Avenue. Logically, houses higher up should not be flooded. Street construction about a year ago changed the pitch of the sidewalk, and now several houses flood when rainwater runs down the street. Is the City liable?
It is a quiet corner by the cemetery. Residents have observed cars doing donuts and striking parked cars many times. Along this stretch, there is a rise of packages stolen.

Tudor Mall stretch of 133 Avenue tends to be popular for car racing at night. Driving schools seem to favor this area for their student-drivers. A resident has had her car hit several times by them. Other concerns including parking and package thefts.
