Eldert Lane divides this section of Kings and Queens County. On the Queens side, the post office is Brooklyn, but it is served by Queens 102nd Precinct. The Brooklyn side is Kings 75th Precinct. 95 Avenue is one way westward, and dead ends at Eldert Lane. Because Eldert Lane is narrow with cars parked on both sides of the road (often on the sidewalk as evidenced by the worn out grass at this corner), cars turning left or right could have its line of sight blocked.
Work is being done on Jamaica Avenue and streets nearby, but not this stretch of Myrtle Avenue from Park Lane South to 117 Street. There should be a street milling history map that the public can view.
