This patch was done differently compared to other trees. The design is causing nuisance for the homeowners. I propose all DoT projects should take input from affected neighbors and businesses into consideration.

The street at this section of Hawtree Creek Road between 126 and 127 Streets is not fully paved, but it has a newly installed rain garden that is filled with trash in the flower bed. The nations’s third largest provider of bus, rail and light rail transit ended its 11-rail-line service between 7:15 pm and 8:15 pm instead of the usual midnight. NJ Transit should have planned backup while union negotiation continues. Innocent customers should NEVER be treated this way. PERIOD.
