It has hard to avoid smell of trash and rats in New York City. Instead of just stacking the bags waiting for pick up, can the smell and rats be reduced by smarter trash bagging? That would make its neighbors happy.

There are two stop signs on 114 Street, but not on 85 Avenue, two-way traffic on both street. I propose that for every vehicle accident, there should be a study to see whether transportation signage could have been a contributing factor.

Turning right is fine, but if driver turns left, he would be stopped by another traffic light almost immediately.
