Late night noise: La Barrica and El Rey IV

La Barrica Bar & Grill at 79-17 Atlantic Avenue has not been neighborly with its noise late night. Worse is the much larger El Rey IV Billiards Steakhouse at 75-16 Rockaway Boulevard. Customers have fought in the streets waking up nearby neighbors.

Traffic pattern at Rockaway Boulevard and Atlantic Avenue is dangerous. Homeowners at this intersection see moped on sidewalk, ATV mobs, graffiti, trash, cars for sale, switched license plates, parking at fire hydrants (some were City employees)…

Squatter evicted: 92-22 77 St

76 Street: Botched street milling

Rainwater puddles into a small lake between Glenmore and Pitkin Avenues after street was milled about 2 years ago. Similar problem was located at Belmont Avenue one block away.

Traffic light for pedestrians at 79 St and N Conduit Ave

The road has potholes, construction debris, trash… Residents have observed people from the homeless shelter on 101 Avenue breaking into cars and had the mirror of one resident’s car broken off.
