“Ghost” county committee is an unspoken practice that happens more often than you think!

Ali Najmi and The City’s expose on Brooklyn’s Democrat County Committee primaries has been going on in every election cycle, even when there is no challenger. Other parties do it including Republican. Requiring all County Committee members to sign a Certificate of Acceptance would weed out this fraud.
