I broke it down by Senate and Assembly. Included everyone who voted “Aye” on the bill. Let me know if you need anything else or have any other questions.
NYS Senate bill S1059C. Here’s everyone who voted yes.

Hi Nick, good article and Ill will include in the eblast.
I’ve got a question or two for you. I know you did a segment on the bail reform laws. We are doing research for a project on the bail laws to expose those local Assembly members and State Senators who voted for it (all the so-called moderate Dems who pontificate about their support for cops but hide their pro-criminal votes) so we can vote them out. This is a big campaign issue. Now we found that the “Bail elimination act of 2019” never came to the floor for a vote in the state legislature, and the bail reform language was tucked into the FY 2019-2020 NY state budget, which nearly all Dems, and no Repubs voted for. Can you confirm if this information is true or not? Also, we are having a hard time finding the State Assembly members who voted for it. It seems the budget bill was never voted on, or they are just not publishing the votes. Can you determine if the budget bill was in fact voted on in the Assembly, and how to find the voting records of the Assembly members?
